oo! I am liking the top piece. The green was actually a part of the kitchen wall.. but I like the effect it has here a lot more. The living room might have given you trouble because I did such a poor job on it in the script :c

I like. Watch out that Grandma's anatomy is working (i know you will). Right now, it looks like her lower half is on backwards. add some diagonals to the ceiling in your second shot. the parallel horizontals are flattening the space a little.
Kevin Yang says to desaturate the greens in the top piece, becaue they are competing with the reds.
Cool! I wasn't sure if anyone was making a moment piece for the same shot I animated, so very cool! My only suggestion is that I was going to give Kate a sort of teasing grin, so maybe you could work that in to the top one so they match? I like how the colors are working, but the shadow over her eyes may make her look a little too sinister... see if anyone else thinks so before changing it, though :)
